Meeting was reconvened and called to order at the Bridgeview Café President Elect, Juris, with 3 members present.

Toast to Queen and Canada

Business: The bulk of the meeting dealt with the new website. The primary points included:

• The new website was officially published (the under construction sign was taken down).
• Carol kindly volunteered to share administrator duties on the website.
• Madeleine was volunteered to be the editor.
• The remaining members will be invited to be contributors. This means you can write your own blogs, but the administrators will be responsible for publishing the ‘blog’. Or you can simply write your blog in an email together with a couple of pictures and we will look after the ‘publishing’ it.
• In the meantime please take a look at the website and hit the ‘follow’ button that should be visible on the home page in the bottom right hand corner of the white space. We will be watching.
• Members will be invited to contribute a page once a year on some aspect of Rotary. So start thinking about it now (please).
• Lynn O’Connor will be invited to also contribute and we will ask our Assistant Governor to ask Bob Quay if he would like to add a page.
• An archive page/link for the minutes will be added to the Minutes page.
• And lastly, the email address will be changed to the existing wanetatrailrotary(at)gmail.com

Lana Rodlie will be invited to give a presentation on the 18th of October
