Meeting was held at the Presbyterian church with President Graham presiding 5 members present.

We all send our best wishes to member Juris who is currently in hospital.
- Business:
- District Foundation Training is in Spokane on November 2nd
- District Conference is May 15th to 17th in Kennewick with the theme of Human Trafficking.
- We need to send $500 to Susie’s sewing project. Carol and Juris will liaise and organise the money order.
- Road clean up Saturday October 19th was successful and quick.
- On-line-auction; Graham attended on our behalf. It will run April 13th to 22nd 2020. Current balance is $1982. A letter is being sent to Teck to get their donation. brochures will be available soon plus a poster for businesses to display. We had a discussion on how to split the profits that we need to bring to the joint meeting for clarification. Next meeting at 4.30 on Nov 26th at Visac Gallery.
- Yesterday, October 24th was World Polio day.
- Next week, Nov 1st, we meet at the Bridgeview Café.
