Meeting was held at The Presbyterian church with President Graham presiding and 5 members present.

• Juris showed us his spreadsheet of our accounts. He gave us an update on how we are doing.
• The admin account has $1509
• The projects account $3424
• Next week we will have a budget meeting to set some goals for fundraising and what projects we want to support. Do we really need two accounts? for such a small club is it really absolutely necessary?
• Graham, Carol and Maddy will go look at the Youth centre kitchen space Thursday 28th at 3.30.
• Do we want to become an eclub? it was suggested we go to GoToMeeting.com to check it out. We could use this app to run meetings for members to attend from anywhere in the world.
