Meeting was held at The Bridgeview Café with President Graham presiding, 7 members present and guests Rob Hawton and Helen Graham.

- Business:
- Discussion on applying for an express grant for kitchen equipment for the Trail Youth Centre. The application is on the district website under Foundation. Carol will price out items and make a list for next week of suggestions. A dishwasher might be a long term project needing buy in from TACL.
- Bags with Rotary logo; Motion by Maddy seconded by Carol that we order 200 bags not more than $200 Canadian. We would use them as a fundraiser and as an awareness builder.
- A discussion on the website and who reads it. Juris will send a link when he posts something to encourage traffic.
- Dec 14th our Christmas brunch at Rob Hawton’s place, starting at 10am. $7 per person for food and $10 for Salvation army per Rotarian.
