The meeting was held at the Presbyterian Church with President Graham presiding, 5 members present, (one on Zoom).

Toast to Queen and Canada

• Business:
• Welcome back to John after his trip to Australia to visit family.
• The Cooking program is going well. Maddy did a session at the Youth Centre on Thursday 13th with Theresa Buchner helping. They made spanakopita. they fed 12 youth and 2 were actively engaged in making the food.
• Criminal record checks have not come through yet, although Maddy got a letter saying she needed to get fingerprinted..
• We need to start getting businesses for the GTRAC coming up April 13th to 22nd.
• Weibing will solicit restaurants especially Chinese. Maddy has most Fruitvale businesses plus the Mall. Juris will do the same ones he did last time,
• Feb 21st meeting is cancelled as Juris and Maddy are at PETS. Anyone interested can go to the Trail meeting on 19th February. Alanna Tynan is their speaker on the Young Entrepreneurs program.
• Feb 28th at the Church and March 6th at the Bridgeview.
• April 18th is the Spring assembly in Spokane Valley.
• May 14 to 17 is the District conference in Kennewick. Maddy is registered and is looking at booking some shared accommodation.
