The meeting was held at the Bridgeview Café with President Graham presiding, 3 members present.

- Business:
- Graham still has to be fingerprinted as part of the process for getting a criminal record check.
- We will have a joint installation meeting with Trail and Rossland probably at the Birchbank Golf Course
- We had a long discussion on the Covid virus. How do we proceed? The next few weeks are critical to slow the spread of the virus.
- We will postpone the social scheduled for March 21st.
- Our meetings for the rest of the month will be on zoom.
- Maddy will contact Geoff to see what is happening at the youth centre.
- We need to start getting businesses for the GTRAC coming up April 13th to 22nd.
- The district has cancelled the district conference and the District Assembly.
- Road Clean-up set for March 28th, 8am at Tim Horton’s.
- Happy and sad bucks collected. Meeting adjourned at 8am
