The meeting was held online via Zoom with President Graham presiding, 7 members online.

Toast to Queen and Canada

• Business:
• Discussion on the hand sanitizer project. Carol took 25 masks to the street nursing program together with hand sanitizer. They will take all we have. Maddy took hand sanitizer to the Beaver Valley Food bank.
• Discussion on masks to go with the hand sanitizer. Maddy showed her mask but will try Carol’s pattern.
• We want a picture for the Trail times together with a story. Maddy will do a write up to go to Trail Times.
• May 16th is the virtual District Assembly. It is free but you need to register.
• Discussion on the social for May 29th. suggestions were outdoors somewhere with either boxed meals or everyone bringing their own.
• Viktor will present next week on some ideas for us to consider from his travels.
• Discussion on restart plans for the province. Local parks will not reopen yet. from 19th families can expand their bubble to a few more people.
• Happy and sad bucks (not) collected. Meeting adjourned at 7.55am
