• Business:
• Maddy sent out an email ahead of time for discussion from Fiona Martin of Rossland Rotary. The Masks for All campaign wants to extend to Trail and Beaver Valley. Discussion on whether we want to be involved and co-ordinate this. We need to know what is involved. Maddy will set up a zoom meeting with Kimberley Pegg from Interior Health to get more information. We only need a few members on the call. Maddy will also talk to Helen Graham (Trail Rotary president), and the Mayor of Fruitvale to see if we can get their support.
• Maddy sent a press release on our hand sanitizer project to the Trail Times
• May 16th is the virtual District Assembly. It is free but you need to register.
• Discussion on the social for May 29th. suggestions were outdoors somewhere with either boxed meals or everyone bringing their own.
• Viktor will present next week on some ideas for us to consider from his travels.
• Juris had an email from Trail club about having a joint installation. At this time we felt it better to do it individually by club. We will wait until June to decide what format ours would look like.
