Toast to Queen and Canada

• Business:
• Installation: We will do the installation of the new executive on Friday June 26th. Location suggested was B street Park. Time not decided yet. Bring you own everything (chairs, drinks, food). could be morning or evening. Other suggestions for location included the parking lot by Tim Horton’s, Bridge view café if it is open or Gyro park. Final decision on place and time will be made next week.
• Discussion on membership and becoming an e club: We could become more international. Instead of a toast to The Queen and Canada start with a song that means something. Use the bell to signal start and end of meeting. Invite past members to join. (Robb Machattie, Rob Hawton, Joan and David Cooke.) Possibly change the meeting time. Viktor suggested we arrange a zoom meeting with the current and next year’s DG. Maddy will set this up for us. Change our name from “sunrise” to “sunshine”. Use chat feature in zoom more. Have speakers each week. Use international speakers. We are not limited to local issues.
