The meeting was held at 7.15am at Gyro Park in Trail with President Graham presiding, 4 members present.

• Business:
• Eclub; Juris and Viktor had a conversation with Tim Frederickson (incoming district governor). he gave us his blessing to become a hybrid club in whatever way works for us. We will invite Jerri Anderson the President of the district Eclub to one of our meetings. We may need to change our bylaws. We discussed a name change; Waneta World was a name we liked. changes to bank account, website, RI would be needed. Maddy will dig out the bylaws and we will see what needs changing. We will eventually need our own club account. this would add US$10 per member per year to dues.
• We still have money in an account from the Duathlon. Since we do not anticipate ever doing this again the following motion was made; To close the duathlon account and transfer the funds to our main account. Proposed by Carol and Seconded by Juris. Carried. Carol will take care of this.
• Discussion on the online training available for club officers. Some of it is useful and interesting
• Installation of the new executive. Area Governor Maddy thanked Past President Graham for his service and presented him with a pen. She gave pins to the new executive: Juris – President, Carol – Treasurer and Maddy – Secretary, and wished the club well.
• Happy and sad bucks collected. Meeting adjourned at 8.15am
