The meeting was held at 7.15am on Zoom with President Juris presiding, 5 members present.

• Business:
• Juris’ goals for the year; 1 Streamline meetings so that we have time for speakers and debates, 2 start actions toward becoming a hybrid eclub.
• Motion proposed by Carol, seconded by Weibing; To have more structured, shorter business meeting. carried
• Eclub; Motion proposed by Juris, seconded by Graham; to develop a plan to become a hybrid eclub. carried
• Maddy will organise Jerri Anderson of the district e club to come and speak to us.
• Suggested future speakers; Carolyn or Jay, Joan and David, Robb MacHattie, Daniel. Graham’s sisters, (one works for Dr Bonnie Henry, the other is in marketing). Juris will talk to Dawn Pumnea new manager at Technical services Trail.
• Juris will be responsible for updating calendar on website with speakers.
• Toastmasters, Maddy will talk to Paul Bowles a current Toastmasters club member.
• Juris and carol will get together to hand over the treasurers portfolio.
• Maddy has been making masks and asking for donations to our club. So far she has $30.
• Dues are due; $120 per six months. carol will look into us accepting etransfers.
• We currently have 9 members.
• Happy and sad bucks (not) collected. Meeting adjourned at 8.15am
