• Business:
• Maddy found information about a shredding fundraiser in the Rotary Magazine. Members seemed to like the idea so we will contact shredding companies to find out costs with a view to doing it in April 2021
• Abby’s chair. This has been purchased and they await its arrival.
• There was a joint fundraising meeting. Golden Bingo may be possible. they have not decided if they will share or partner with other clubs yet. Consensus is we would do it. suggested we contact BV Lions.
• Juris changed the name on the website.
• Budget meeting
• Carol reported that we have $4941.46 in the combined accounts. she has not done a full budget yet. It looks like our admin expenses are more than our expenses.
• Possible solutions – dues increase or more members. She will do a more detailed budget once she gets online access.
• Carol will meet Juris and/or Graham at the bank for an appointment on Weds 30th to organise access and changing the name on the account.
• We owe Susie’s sewing project the next installment. Carol and Juris will organise that too.
• Happy and sad bucks (not) collected. Meeting adjourned at 8.15am
