• Business:
• Motion proposed by Viktor, seconded by Maddy that we accept the bylaws and constitution as amended and circulated to members. As we do not have a quorum this will be sent out as an email to vote on.
• Program
• Greg Ehman presented about fundraising opportunities through Golden Bingo. They have raised $25,000 so far. card sales average about 250 per game at $10 per card. It takes about 20 hours of volunteer time each night. The more cards sold the more money we make. We would have a one time cost of $500 to cover their sunk costs of programs plus 5% of revenue up to a max of $300.
• On game night they need 2 to 3 peoplle for about 4 hours. Everything would go through their account . We would invite people to play and distribute it on facebook.
• Motion by Maddy, seconded by Graham tht we join with Golden Rotary to go ahead with Covid bingo. Again as we have no quorum this will be sent out for an email vote.
• Social on Oct 30th. An outdoor gathering weather permitting at the harlamovs house. We would gather around a fire pit with hot drinks and snacks. We will confirm nearer the time. More details to follow.
• Pat Sims is interested in joining us. Maddy will send him an appliction form.
• Happy and sad bucks (not) collected. Meeting adjourned at 8.15am
