Congratulations to new member Pat Sims who has been accepted into our club.

• Business:
• Motion proposed by Viktor, seconded by Maddy that we accept the bylaws and constitution as amended and circulated to members. Passed. Juris will put them on the web site
• Motion by Maddy, seconded by Graham that we join with Golden Rotary to go ahead with Covid bingo as a fundraiser. After discussion this passed. Juris will contact Greg. Juris will co-ordinate this project.
• Viktor attended a membership presentation put on by the district. Being an eclub is to our benefit. We need to post more on our website and Facebook page. He suggested adding ads onto our Facebook page from members. ask people to like and share our pages. Share when we have good programs
• Social on Oct 30th. After discussion and the possibility of increasing covid cases we decided to postpone the social.
• Pat Sims our new member (past Beaver Valley Rotarian) talked about what he enjoyed in Rotary; International involvement. Next week he will do his classification talk.
• Carol is setting up our bank account to receive Etransfers through our gmail account.
• Happy and sad bucks (not) collected. Meeting adjourned at 8.15am
