Music, Celebration.

• Business:
• Rotary District 5080 has designated next week Nov 16 to 23rd as Gratefulness week for front line workers.
• We received an invitation from the Eclub of Chenai in India to a special meeting on Sunday Dec 6th at 5.30am (PST). Members need to contact them to receive the link.
• there is a foundation course put on by the District on Tuesday Dec 1st 7.30pm register on the district website.
• Treeplanting. Pat will cost out trees. Viktor will contact Teck and/or wildlife group in charge of Fort Sheppard. We could use this as a fundraiser and get people to buy trees.
• Program
• No program as we had technical difficulties with running the video from Greg Ehman. Juris will try to send everyone a link to it as it is too large a file to email.
• Pat will contact BV lions about the bingo.
• Juris will check with Greg to see when we will be live on the bingo
• We need a new facebook page – Maddy will work on this with Joan.
• Do we want to change our meeting time? this is something for consideration at another time.
• Proposal to sponsor a family for a christmas hamper through the salvation army program. Maddy will look into it.
• Happy and sad bucks (not) collected. Meeting adjourned at 8.15am
