Music, Celebration.

• Business:
• Juris showed us how to access our Dropbox to view the video from Greg Ehman. he recommended saving it before playing it.
• For the bingo we need a separate account to deposit gaming money. Juris will coordinate with Carol for the paperwork involved. He also has an agreement he has to sign with Golden Rotary. Once this is done we will be able to advertise and encourage play.
• Treeplanting. We received a favourable reply from the Nature conservancy. viktor will contact them to see if they can come talk to us about what they do at Fort Shepherd.
• Maddy will check with the District to see if there is still money left for Express grants. although if the project is worth doing then we don’t worry about grants. We need an idea of how much it will cost for trees and fertilizer.
• No action yet on facebook page.
• Juris and Maddy attended a zoom meeting of Sentinel Toastmasters club based in Castlegar. It was a good meeting. They invited someone from Toastmasters to talk to us.
• Juris showed how to add a speaker to the calendar on the webpage.
• We will have a zoom social on Saturday November 28th at 4pm. Come prepared to talk about your favourite bottle of wine. (or beer)
• Happy and sad bucks (not) collected. Meeting adjourned at 8.15am
