• Business:
• Maddy sent an email to all members of a bingo card of christmas activities like an advent calendar. Members can print it and see how many they do.
• Maddy received more information about the meeting of eclubs organized by the Chenai club in India and forwarded it to members.
• For the Golden community bingo we are almost in a position to start earning money. We can start advertising. It ws suggested we produce a flier to be posted locally.
• Treeplanting. We have a speaker next week about Fort Shepherd. We can move ahead with applying for a grant. Maddy will send Viktor the link to the application form for express grants. There is only money for 4 more grants..
• We have a zoom social on Saturday November 28th at 4pm. Come prepared to talk about your favourite bottle of wine. (or beer).
• We watched a Ted talk from Nipun Mehta called “Designing for generosity.” very interesting ideas and is right in line with Rotary thinking. See the link at the side.
• Happy and sad bucks (not) collected. Meeting adjourned at 8.15am
