Maddy received more information about the meeting of eclubs organized by the Chenai club in India and forwarded it to members. Sunday at 5.30am on zoom.

For the Golden community bingo we are able to earn money on this now. We need to advertise. Juris will produce a flier. Maddy will post reminders on the facebook page. Juris will contact the BV lions to get their list of players. Still a few tickets for tonight.

Treeplanting. We will receive a grant for $300 toward planting trees. Pat suggested crab apple trees.

Our program speaker Karen is sick and she will try for next week.

We discussed donating to needy families at Christmas. Maddy will call the Salvation army to see about donating or sponsoring a family. We could try partnering with the BV Lions too. juris will contact Paul Terness about this. Members are encouraged to send an etransfer to our club (wanetatrailrotary@gmail.com) marked for Salvation Army donation and then next week we will see how much we have to donate as a group.

Zoom meetings – the current link expires at the end of this month. for security purposes Maddy suggested a waiting room. she will investigate the zoom settings.
