The meeting was held on zoom with 6 members and four guests present. (Bob Quay, Lynn O’Connor, Linda Bauer and Kimber Gates)

- Business:
- Trees – They are ordered. due to travel restrictions Karen cannot come from Victoria for a while.
- Bingo Groups need to be a registered charity to receive bingo money and can be pre approved by BC Lotteries
- Maddy presented a pin and lecturn banner to Juris with the new theme “Serve to change lives”
- Social; postponed for now. We will reconsider once the weather is warmer and we can meet outside.
- Program – Governor line
- Linda gave an intro to the purpose of them attending meetings, to help keep clubs informed and to get to know the clubs
- Bob – part of district Tech resources team and helped with DacDb transition, suggested talking to Kees about the finance module which we would have to pay for.
- Lynn – talked about DEI task force and book club
- Kimber – new district privacy and crisis management policies. The introduction of leadership path zoom calls
- Questions answered – PETs will in future offer hybrid options.
