• Business:
• Highway clean up. our contract is up for renewal even thought it is on hold for this year still. Motion made by Pat and seconded by Weibing that we not renew it. after discussion Motion defeated. We will be renewing it. Maddy will organize it.
• Trees – They are ordered. due to travel restrictions Karen cannot come from Victoria for a while.
• Bingo Groups need to be a registered charity to receive bingo money and can be pre approved by BC Lotteries
• Social; Sunday May 2nd outside at Harlamovs 3pm for hotdogs. Bring salad or dessert.
• Program – Discussion on membership and projects
• Invite past members, have interesting service projects both for fundraising and to raise our profile in the community. Everyone invite someone to either just see what we do or to talk to us about what they do.
• Happy and sad bucks (not) collected. Meeting adjourned at 8.15am
