  • Tree planting was a success. We had several helpers and planted 52 roses, choke cherries and saskatoon berries. the weather just about cooperated and it was not too hot. It took longer than we anticipated and so we didn’t have time to do the tour. There was some interest from those present about attending a meeting. There may be opportunities for us to get a tour at a later date and also more projects we could get involved in.
  • District conference awards evening Thursday June 10th. We got a mention as having the highest per capita Foundation giving per member (due to one members donation)
  • Dues are due. $120 for the next 6 months. Members can pay by etransfer to wanetatrailrotary@gmail.com or cheque sent to treasurer Carol (1164 Nelson, W Trail, V1R 3H5). Let Maddy know if you do not plan to retain your membership.
  • Next year’s district Conference will be in Colville, May 12 to 15th 2022.
