The meeting was held on zoom with 4 members present and guest Joan Cooke present.

• Business:
• The cheque to the Fruitvale Community garden will go through Beaver Valley Blooming society. We will give them $5000 from the bingo money. Maddy will check the exact name to make the cheque to.
• Maddy will check the charitable number for the BV library so that we can see if they are eligible for bingo money.
• Viktor will not be rejoining our club. He is transferring to an international Eclub. We thank Viktor for his years of service to our club. We will miss him.
• Joan will be rejoining us. Welcome back Joan.
• Discussion on taking a booth at the Trail market as an awareness raising effort. Either selling plants or making and selling beaver tails. Pat will try to locate tents owned by Beaver Valley Rotary. Possibly on 17th of July. Maddy will talk to Gina Ironmonger. It will depend on the rules being relaxed.
• Social; Saturday July 10th at beaver Creek park. A barbecue and pto luck from 4 onwards.
• With the addition of a new club in Christina lake there is a possibility of the area being split. No one was in favour of this.
• We will meet next Friday July 2nd. Maddy will set up a new link.
• Pat suggested we each join from a different location
• Next year’s district Conference will be in Colville, May 12 to 15th 2022.
• Happy and sad bucks (not) collected. Meeting adjourned at 8.15am
