• Business:
• Viktor forwarded an email from Al Mallette. A picture of our trees showed them doing well. He will attend and give an update once the heatwave has passed.
• Our insurance is going up slightly. We need a list of directors and officers to send to district treasurer. President – Juris, treasurer – Carol, secretary – Maddy, International director – Pat, director – Graham. Maddy will forward the email about insurance to Carol
• Market booth for 17th – Pat contacted past BV Rotary members, they have a canopy they will give us but no signage. We will do planning next Friday. Maddy to book the table. see if we can locate the banner from the shownshine.
• Social; Saturday July 10th at beaver Creek park. A barbecue and pot luck from 4 onwards. due to the fire ban we need to be careful of fires. Graham has a portable barbecue.
• Graham has been asked if we were interested in washing and waxing a motorhome for a donation of about $300. We declined.
• discussion on the heatwave and its implications.
• July 9th planning meeting for the market.
• Next year’s district Conference will be in Colville, May 12 to 15th 2022.
• Happy and sad bucks (not) collected. Meeting adjourned at 8.15am
