• .Market postponed until later in the summer. We still need a tent and signage and to learn how to make beaver tails. Maddy will contact the Trail club to see if they want to join us.
• Social tomorrow Saturday July 10th at Kiwani’s campground if we are allowed. If not at Harlamovs. Start at 4 – invite guests. bring meat to barbecue and a dish to share.
• Do we want to meet every week throughout the summer? send Maddy your schedule so we can decide if we will cancel any meetings.
• Discussion on the survey sent out to members from the district on DEI (diversity equity and inclusion). Not everyone is in favour and if it is pushed too hard we may lose members.
• Next year’s district Conference will be in Colville, May 12 to 15th 2022.
• Happy and sad bucks (not) collected. Meeting adjourned at 8.15am
