Hi all! There are a few possibilities for your nurses, doctors, and dentists! The first one that springs to mind is Rotaplast (https://rotaplast.org/). In fact, that is exactly who they use… nurses (OR, Recovery Room), Doctors (surgeons, plastic surgeons), and dentists (orthodontists). Our District could sponsor a Rotaplast mission, and you could spearhead that!
The other opportunity is a VTT… Vocational Team Training (https://www.rotary.org/en/5-questions-about-leading-vocational-training-team#:~:text=A%20few%20years%20later%2C%20Rotary%20rolled%20out%20vocational,teach%20and%20learn%20from%20others%20within%20their%20field.). It would be really cool if you guys designed one of these! Make certain you partner with Rossland… they loved Group Study Exchange (which this replaced, to their chagrin). GSE was multiple vocations on one trip. VTTs are a group from a single vocation.
