- Juris filled in the application for the express grant for us to sponsor ten children at Webster School when they have a ski day in January or February. We will help out on the day. We may need to get our criminal Record checks
- Bingo – We have an observation/learning day today. Maddy and Juris will go together with Helen and Ardith from Trail tonight.
- We wish Elizabeth Cytra a speedy recovery from injuries after a fall.
- We successfully certified to be part of the Castlegar Bingo.
- We cannot give gaming money to the Community Garden in Fruitvale via the BV blooming society. They are not eligible through gaming. Kootenay Robusters are in the process of becoming eligible.
- suggestions for groups to give money to that may be eligible – Search and Rescue, BV Nursery school, Trail Association for Community living, Trail youth drop in centre.
- Area meeting held on Monday was successful with representatives from all seven clubs present
- Pat is registered for Pre PETS
- Maddy has asked Gordon Fletcher of people first to come talk to us in November some time.
- Beaver Valley food bank does not have to move for another year.
- We watched videos from the rotary website about international projects. What can we do that is hands on.
- Ask other groups to help us with projects.
- Maddy will find the information from our first vision session more than 10 years ago.
- Happy and sad bucks (not) collected. Meeting adjourned at 8.15am
