The meeting was held on zoom with 5 members present

- Business:
- the express grant for Webster school ski day was approved.
- Bingo – tonight we have 3 of us and 3 from Trail attending to do bingo some of the jobs at bingo. We will be doing this every 6 weeks.
- November 6th Trail Rotary has a road clean up. We are asked to help. Juris and Pat will volunteer.
- Juris talked to Nancy Gurr of TACL – she will come and talk to us. they are eligible for gaming money.
- We received a thank you from the Kootenay Robusters. see attached picture.
- Christmas social – Saturday December 4th – suggestions Terra Nova, Lil T’s for lunch. Maddy will contact the Terra Nova to see what their protocols are for groups. Joan will organise a gift exchange.
- Pat suggested some sort of service project in conjunction with the social.
- Next week Joan will lead us in a discussion on Fake news.
- Happy and sad bucks (not) collected. Meeting adjourned at 8.15am
