• Food drive at Liberty AG foods in Fruitvale on April 9th, tomorrow. Maddy created an invite on Facebook. Please share it. She is already collecting money from people who will not be able to make it. Tax receipts are available.
• Schedule: Maddy and Juris set up at 9am to 10am. 10am to 12 Cam from Trail. Graham noon onwards. 4.30 Theresa will help us pack and clear up.
• Road clean up April 2nd. We got one helper Monse Loteki (potential member). Hard work. Another day to be set to finish.
• Bingo. Our next day is Friday 29th April. Posters will be available printing costs to be split between clubs.
• Maddy sent in the nomination for Stacie for ROY
• Register for the district conference. May 13 to 15th in Colville. We do not have to have a test before crossing the border to come home.
• District grant for Camp Koolaree is not possible using bingo money.
• Fiona Martin suggested a joint change over meeting at Redstone for our three clubs, Rossland, Trail and Waneta. We were in favour. Date to be decided.
• Lana Rodlie invited us to join the Trail club for a social on Wednesday 13th April at Café Michael’s for dinner. Let Maddy know by Monday if you want to attend. Juris, Maddy, Graham and Mary will go.
• Wood for chairs is waiting for mill availability.
• Discussions on housing and Federal budget and war in Ukraine.
• Next week Friday 15th is Good Friday. Meeting cancelled.
• Happy and sad bucks (not) collected. Meeting adjourned at 8.15am
