The meeting was held on zoom at 7.15am with 4 members present

- Business
- Thank you from the BV food bank for our food drive at Liberty AG foods in Fruitvale. 99 bags of groceries were sold and $700 was collected.
- Bingo. Our next day is Friday 29th April. Posters will be available printing costs to be split between clubs.
- Register for the district conference. May 13 to 15th in Colville. We do not have to have a test before crossing the border to come home. Need the ArriveCanada app on phone. Pat, Maddy and Juris are going.
- Fiona Martin suggested a joint change over meeting at Redstone for our three clubs, Rossland, Trail and Waneta. We were in favour. Date to be decided.
- Four of us joined the Trail club for a social on Wednesday 13th at Café Michael’s for dinner.
- Wood for chairs is waiting for mill availability, no news.
- Express grant next year, we want to do tree planting at fort shepherd in September. We will apply as early as we can to plant in September. (grant may not be available until August) Do it without the grant if needed.
- Contact Trail Youth Centre to see if we can help out again. Maddy will contact Geoff.
- May 6th will be in person. breakfast at a restaurant. Lil Ts at 8am. Pat will organize with them.
- Pat will host an exchange student next year starting in September. His grandson is an outbound student. He is going to Coer D’Alene next weekend to meet all the other families.
- Discussion on signage. Some sort of banner.
- BV Maydays – Maddy will find out if it is happening and who the contact is. We would make beaver tails.
- Happy and sad bucks (not) collected. Meeting adjourned at 8.15am
