• Business
• Bingo. Juris has cheques for TACL and KBRHF and will present them. Juris will remain the contact for bingo. Pat may have to sign each new contract. Our next in person bingo event will be on July 22nd.
• Carol has resigned from the club due to pressure of work.
• Maddy updated officers on RI website, Maddy is membership chair, Joan is project chair. Graham will be foundation chair. Pat will be president for 2 years.
• Date for road cleanup July 16th, meet at Tim’s for breakfast at 7.15. 8 to start road clean up. Juris will invite other clubs to help. Maddy to post on facebook. Invite other groups.
• District Governor visit August 18th. More details to follow.
• Changeover meeting July 13th at Patterson’s place in Trail. Let Pat know if you can attend.
• Wood for chairs is still waiting, this week hopefully.
• Dues are due – $120 for next 6 months payable by etransfer or cash Juris. Let us know if you are not renewing membership.
• Motion Graham/Maddy to add Pat to signatures on our bank account from July 1st. Maddy will write a letter to organize with the bank.
• July 1st is a Friday. No meeting. July 8th will be in person, at Bridge View at 8am.
• This is the last meeting on this link for zoom. Maddy will set up a new link for July 15th.
• Letter from KBRH about a sensory garden at Columbia View lodge. Maddy will invite Mary Martin to come talk to us about it.
• Letter from Scott Daniels about Trail Elderly citizens Housing Society asking for bingo money to upgrade elevators at Jubilee place which is low income housing. We will invite him to speak.
• Motion Pat/Graham that we donate $1000 to his project from bingo money. Passed.
• Possible speakers – BV nursery school Sheila Issel, Scott Daniels, Mary Martin.
• This is Juris last meeting as president. Pat thanked Juris and is looking forward to taking over.
• Happy and sad bucks (not) collected. Meeting adjourned at 8.15am
