The meeting was held on zoom at 7.15am with 5 members present Music:
- Business
- Saturday November 5th District fall training in Spokane valley 10 to 3pm. We need to have people trained if we want to apply for a grant. Pat can take 5 people. We can do it in a day, leaving at 7am to go through Patterson.
- October 24th is World polio day. We are booked for the market in Trail to make beaver tails on October 22nd.
- Pat will set up at 8.30 to 9. Monse has to be there all day as she has food safe. Need two tables. tongs needed. Napkins, hand sanitizer. We serve with least contact. Maddy will organise signage
- Thank you card from Beaver Valley Food Bank.
- Tree planting at Fort Shepherd was a success on October 15th. We planted milkweed for Monarch butterflies. 900 plants. Maddy will post on our facebook page.
- Bingo is currently scheduled to finish at the end of the year. an exemption for us to get electronic delivery of cards is stopping. Last game dec 30th.
- Road clean up postponed for now. Possibly on Saturday November 13th if the weather co-operates.
- wood for chairs may be cut up soon.
- November 4th in person meeting at subway in Fruitvale at 8am.
- happy and sad bucks (not) collected. Meeting adjourned at 8.15am
