• Pat received registration for PETS and does not want to go. Maybe someone else can go. Monse perhaps.
• Dues are due. $120 per six months. etransfer to wanetatrailrotary@gmail.com
• Our express grant application was accepted. We will see how much money we get for the $400us. We are shopping for the Beaver Valley Food Bank
• BV food hampers have a fund raiser Breakfast with Santa Dec 3rd. wrapping gifts may be next week. Maddy will let members know. Hampers will be given out Dec 17th.
• We still have bingo money we could spend.
• Disaster response project in district 5080, we are asked to help. Pat felt it stretches our aging membership..
• Bingo is currently scheduled to finish at the end of the year. an exemption for us to get electronic delivery of cards is stopping. Last game dec 30th.
• We will sponsor a family through the Good stuff adopt a family program. Family 41. Maddy emailed them about gift cards. due by Dec 12th.
• photo op for someone to give a cheque to Special Olympics on a monday night at bowling to get some of their athletes in a picture. Pat is interested for next Monday.
• Christmas party Saturday November 26th at Harlamovs went well with two guests.

• first step – what is the demand in the community rather than what we want. Corporate membership – charge more for this than individual. Have up to three alternates. Can be used more as a sponsorship, gets advertising and logo on all materials in region of $5000. they get community recognition. Ask businesses what they want. Social philosophy may be important. Approach people in your social circle. What can Rotary do to help them. Other membership types. Spousal dues. 2nd member gets a discount. family members can also get a discount. Low cost dues for young professional. Trial memberships. Family of Rotary memberships – people who help but are not full members. Lots of options.
• Discussion on how to pay dues. Use fundraisers. We need a fundraiser. Anyone any ideas. Maybe a meeting in January to discuss a fundraiser.
