- Dues are due. $120 per six months. etransfer to wanetatrailrotary@gmail.com
- Our express grant application was accepted. We will see how much money we get for the $400us. Cheque has not yet arrived. We are shopping for the Beaver Valley Food Bank
- Graham will wrap gifts for BV food hampers on Wednesday.
- We still have bingo money we could spend.
- Bingo is currently scheduled to finish at the end of the year. A gift for Stacie has been suggested $100 per club to get her a holiday. Motion that we give $100 from club funds. Maddy/Graham. Passed.
- We are sponsoring a family through the Good stuff adopt a family program. Family 41. Get items to Maddy by Dec 11th. due by Dec 12th in Trail.
- photo op for someone to give a cheque to Special Olympics on a monday night at bowling to get some of their athletes in a picture. Graham will do it.
- holiday meetings December 23 and 30th cancelled. Meetings December 16th and then January 6th.
- Pat read some items from the district digest. He will be away until January 20th.
- discussion on PETS, club meeting time and more. To be continued in January.
- happy and sad bucks (not) collected. Meeting adjourned at 8.15am
