• Welcome new Member Gordon fletcher.
• Last week five of us met at Tim Horton’s in person (Lil T’s was closed)
• We completed our shopping for the foodbank using the express grant on Dec 21st and now await it being in the Trail Times. Maddy will post on our Facebook page.
• Christmas hamper through adopt a family program was successful. we want more feedback from them. Maddy will follow up.
• The last bingo game was Dec 30th. about $80,000 was given away.
• We still have bingo money we could spend.
• Teen chef program is eligible for gaming money. motion Maddy seconded Graham that we donate $1500 to the teen Chef club. passed.
• Other suggestions TACL, BV Nursery School, Special Olympics, KBRH foundation
• Feb 3rd in person meeting at Pat’s to make Beaver Tails.
• Feb 11th is the Fruitvale winter carnival where we will make beaver tails.
• Next week January 20th Gordon will give us his classification talk to introduce himself to us.
• Maddy will check to see if the Rotary magazine is available in large print for Gord.
• Happy and sad bucks (not) collected. Meeting adjourned at 8.15am
