The meeting was held on zoom at 7.15am with 6 members present.

- March 3rd in-person meeting, 6 of us met at Lil T’s. Some good discussions and two guests.
- We have a new AG Lynne Burch from Grand Forks.
- Colville Club wants to come and talk to us about a project they have in Tanzania. Maddy will contact the Colville president to talk to us.
- Maddy will be talking to Geoff at Trail YAN about their cooking program next Tuesday at 4.15. Pat will join her.
- Email from Lynn O’connor – district digest. well worth a read.
- April 29th Spring assembly in Spokane.
- There is a memorial at the district conference. Maddy will send in information about John Lake.
- Gord wrote an article for the website about the snow day and Juris will post it to the website.
- Gord is now administrator on our Facebook page. send him your photos and items to post.
- Social – games night at Joan’s house – seven of us attended. Thank you to Joan and David for hosting.
- Wednesday April 5th at 11.30 there is a tour of Selkirk Technology Access Centre (STAC) in Glenmerry (formerly known as MIDAS) together with the Trail club. Jan Morton needs numbers. Let Maddy know if you want to go and if you want lunch from Subway. She will send in numbers. For more information email her at rosslandjan@gmail.com. - Nelson International dinner Friday, March 31st. $65 per head.
- RYLA – we need to publicize this to find a good candidate. Joan will send the brochure to Carol to post at Selkirk college. Maddy will give the brochure to Geoff at the YAN. If we get applicants we can have them come talk to us. Pat suggested camp Rory, camp Koolaree or camp Tweedsmuir as alternate locations to Selkirk college. Pat will talk to other Area presidents about candidates too.
- Betty and Dan Boatang are in Ghana. Joan and David will join them in April. Joan has a list from them of medical goods needed. Joan will talk to No Frills pharmacy and Maddy will talk to Fruitvale pharmacy, Jay, and Carolyn.
- Are we willing to work with them on their hospital project? We need more information. When Joan returns she will fill us in with more details.
- First Road clean-up Saturday 15th April. Juris will let other clubs know.
- Easter Food-drive Saturday 1st April at Liberty foods from 9 to 4pm.
- Happy and sad bucks (not) collected. The meeting adjourned at 8.15am
