  • Business
  • Food drive at Liberty Foods on September 30th. Share the Facebook invite with your friends.
  • Foodsafe course at Selkirk College in Trail Carol has suggested October 28th. We need 10 people for it to run. Maddy will confirm with her.
  • Someone approached Maddy about us doing a meat draw to raise money. Probably at the Arlington on Thursday afternoons or Saturday afternoons. We would buy a licence sell tickets and get the profits. Do we want to commit to this? We want more information. can Giselle come talk to us? Can we do it together with the Trail club?
  • Next road clean changed to Saturday October 7th.
  • District Assembly October 14th in Spokane or October 15th in Creston. We will probably go to Creston.
  • Bingo money: Juris will write the cheques and get Graham to sign and get them distributed.
  • Joan informed us that charter member Glen Hodge’s wife is very sick in hospital. We will send a card.
  • Tree planting in September at Fort Shepherd set for October 21st. We will be planting camus.
  • Club social, bowling night with pizza. Any Friday in November is good. $30 or $35 an hour. Includes pizza or a meat and cheese platter. Tentative date November 3rd at 5pm and cancel Nov 3rd meeting. Maddy to contact Geoff to invite Trail YAN kids too. We pay for them.
  • Christmas party/brunch. Tentatively Friday December 1st, No further information yet.
  • Discussion on current events, India/Canada relations and LGBTQ issues.
  • September 29th regular meeting.
