The meeting was held on Zoom at 7.15am with 4 members present

  • Business
  • Food drive at Liberty Foods tomorrow September 30th. Share the Facebook invite with your friends. Juris, Monse, Graham and Gord will do the morning, Maddy, and Joan the afternoon. At 4 Theresa will come with her truck and some Food Bank volunteers to get the food to the Food bank.
  • Foodsafe course at Selkirk College in Trail Carol has suggested October 28th. We need 10 people for it to run. Maddy will confirm with her. How many of us plan to attend? Graham and Juris are available. Secretary to send an email.
  • Meat draw. Maddy will contact the owner of the Arlington to find out more details. We will find out what is involved maybe for a later date. We have too many other commitments at the moment.
  • Road clean up changed to Saturday October 7th.
  • District Assembly October 14th in Spokane or October 15th in Creston. We will probably go to Creston.
  • Bingo money: Juris gave a cheque to TACL but no photo yet. Other cheques not yet written.
  • Cooking program at Trail YAN. Maddy and Theresa will be going on Wednesday 11th October.
  • Tree planting at Fort Shepherd October 21st. We will be planting camus.
  • Club social, bowling night with pizza. Tentatively booked for November 3rd at 4pm. Maddy will send an invite. $30 or $35 an hour. Includes pizza. We will cancel Nov 3rd meeting. Maddy to contact Geoff to invite Trail YAN kids too. We pay for them.
  • Christmas party/brunch. Tentatively Friday December 1st, No further information yet.
  • October 6th in person at Bridgeview. To be confirmed.
  • Happy and sad bucks (not) collected. The meeting adjourned at 7.45am
