- Business
- Food drive at Liberty Foods September 30th was a success, we raised $630, not as much as previous times. Over 100 bags bought. Thank you from the foodbank
- Foodsafe course at Selkirk College Oct 28th will be open to the public. Those that want to do it will have to register. Four kids from Trail YAN want to do it in person together with Geoff. Maddy sent the link for registration.
- District Assembly Sunday October 15th in Creston. Juris will drive. Leaving at 7.30am. Starts at 9MST (same as us right now.)
- Bingo: Juris gave a cheque to TACL. Still to write cheques for Food Bank, Senior’s games, and Land conservancy.
- Cooking program at Trail YAN. Maddy and Theresa went on Wednesday 11th and made a Chicken dish with food donated to the foodbank from Shambala. Anyone want to do a session in 2 weeks?
- Tree planting at Fort Shepherd October 21st. We will be planting Camus. Details to come.
- Club social, bowling night with pizza. November 3rd at 4pm. Four kids from YAN interested in going. 7 of us so far. Can have up to 15 people.
- Christmas party/brunch. Tentatively Friday December 1st, No further information yet.
- Pat’s grandson Bremen who just returned from Germany on a Youth Exchange will come and talk to us one morning. Pat will try to organise a date.
- October 6th was in person at Bridgeview. 6 of us attended.
- October 20th and 27th regular meetings on zoom
- November 3rd there will be no meeting as we have the bowling social instead.
- Happy and sad bucks (not) collected. The meeting adjourned at 7.45am
