The meeting was held on Zoom at 7.15am with 5 members present

- Business
- Foodsafe course at Selkirk College Oct 28th will be open to the public. Those that want to do it will have to register. Four kids from Trail YAN want to do it in person together with Geoff. Maddy sent the link for registration.
- Three of us attended the District Assembly Sunday October 15th in Creston. Action pictures are better than cheque giving pictures from a marketing standpoint. What project can we do to apply for a grant. Our previous international grant was difficult so start local.
- Bingo: Juris gave a cheque to TACL. Still to write cheques for Food Bank, Senior’s games, and Land conservancy.
- Tree planting at Fort Shepherd tomorrow, Saturday October 21st. We will be planting Camus. Meet at the entrance at 8.45am. Car pooling organised.
- Club social, bowling night with pizza. November 3rd at 4pm. Four kids from YAN interested in going. 6 of us so far. Can have up to 15 people. (Maddy is away)
- Christmas party/brunch. Tentatively Friday December 1st, No further information yet.
- Pat’s grandson Bremen who just returned from Germany on a Youth Exchange will come and talk to us one morning. Pat will try to organise a date.
- October 27th regular meeting on zoom
- November 3rd there will be no meeting as we have the bowling social instead.
- Happy and sad bucks (not) collected. The meeting adjourned at 7.45am
