The meeting was held on Zoom at 7.15am with 6 members present

• Business
• A bit of confusion with the zoom link. A new link will be sent for next week, which will be good until the end of June.
• Bingo: Juris has distributed the last of the bingo money. ($933 each to TACL and KBRHF for the hospice room.) Once the cheques are cashed we will be closing the gaming account.
• Trail Youth Centre: This week Wednesday 17th, Maddy and Theresa will be making Turkey soup. Pat will do another Wednesday.
• Thursday 18th we are making Beaver Tails at Fruitvale Elementary school from 4 til 6pm. we will start setting up at 3. We can accept donations. We will have two pans going to make enough. Pat will make the dough, Maddy will bring oil, Graham will bring sugar and cinnamon. We might have 200 or more kids. Maddy will see if Monse and/or Theresa will be available to help. Joan should be back. Maddy will contact Mike Paige the school principle to see where we will set up and if Pat can drive in. juris has food safe and will bring his certificate to display.
• We need a banner for signage. Add magnets for fixing it to the tent we have.
• Saturday February 10th we will make beaver tails at Haines Park for the “up to Sno good” event.
• Carol found $95 in a “Happy and Sad buck” jar from before covid.
• Next meeting January 19th on zoom.
• Happy and sad bucks (not) collected. The meeting adjourned at 7.45am
