• Business
• Bingo: A thank you card from TACL for the money toward a wheelchair ramp at their community inclusion centre.
• Trail Youth Centre: This week no cooking as they had a burst pipe and no water. We will reschedule for February. Anyone else wanting to cook?.
• Thursday we made Beaver Tails at Fruitvale Elementary school from 4 til 6pm. We were crazy busy and ran out of dough. Probably made hundreds. We forgot chairs. We need containers to store the +made beaver tails in. also at night we could do with a light. Serena Lapointe helped. We will get our expenses paid.
• We need a banner for signage. Add magnets for fixing it to the tent we have.
• Saturday February 10th we will be making beaver tails at Haines Park for the “up to Sno good” event. Maddy will contact Ingrid Hope nearer the time for set up details.
• Maddy will be attending PETS in Seattle the weekend of February 15th to 18th and is happy to buy Rotary apparel for any one.
• Next meeting January 26th on zoom.
• Happy and sad bucks (not) collected. The meeting adjourned at 7.45am
