• Bingo: A thank you card from KBRHF for our donation to Columbia view lodge palliative care renovation project.
• Trail Youth Centre: Their water issues area fixed and Theresa and Maddy will cook with them on February 7th.
• Thank You from the Elementary school. What expenses do we have? Maddy will check with Pat to see how much we ask for.
• We need a banner for signage. Add magnets for fixing it to the tent we have.
• Saturday February 10th we will be making beaver tails at Haines Park for the “up to Sno good” event. Maddy will contact Ingrid Hope nearer the time for set up details.
• Maddy will be attending PETS in Seattle the weekend of February 15th to 18th and is happy to buy Rotary apparel for anyone.
• Financial report, next week. We need a budget for club administration.
• Projects – we need to have a fundraiser and to fund a project.
• Discussion: An article Racism in 6 words. Some of our 6 words: Affects everyone in the world. More complicated than it seems. I don’t think about it much. I’m more cautious in relationships. The affects of racism are worldwide.
• discussion around our experiences of racism growing up and cultural differences.
• Next meeting February 2nd In person, Bridgeview at 8am.
