The meeting was held on Zoom at 7.15am with 4 members present.

- Business
- Changeover meeting, a joint meeting with Trail and Rossland is on Wednesday July 3 at 6 p.m. at the Patterson’s in Tadanac. It is an appy and dessert pot luck and they need to know what we will all bring. Six of us will attend. Let Maddy know what you intend to bring
- Pat suggested we have a social and invite local retired Rotarians. (He talked to Leo and Lillian Michelac retired Rotarians).
- Pat sent his crew to cut wood for Trent Coombes so that he and his kids can split and sell it for a fundraiser. Pat will continue to provide help with bucking wood.
- Bill Wenman, Fruitvale Village councilor, asked to come and talk to us about village projects. Juris will invite him for next week.
- Dues are due. $120 for the next 6 months.
- June 28th final meeting with Pat as President.
- Maddy will send a new link for meetings for the next six months.
- Friday 5th July in person meeting.
- What plans does Maddy have for next Rotary year? To increase membership. Ask members what they want. Perhaps a visioning session.
- Pat has found his two years as president very meaningful. He has enjoyed the projects we have done. He would like to see us involved in another International project next year.
- Summer meetings – have a social once a month in person and zoom meetings once a month.
- Send Maddy a list of dates when you are not available for meetings so that we can set the schedule for the summer.
- Happy and sad bucks (not) collected. The meeting adjourned at 8.15am.
