• Will invite Bill Wenman next week (we did not quite manage it today).
• We have not heard back from Liberty, Madeleine will drop by to Liberty next week.
• Music in the Park as a group and invite other Rotary clubs to join us. August 15th when there is a market.
• Theresa will be our contact for BV Food Bank Thanksgiving Drive on the 27th September.
• Discussed donating to the food bank, to note Earthy Organics already donate food to the food bank.
• Half a cow for BV Food Bank, Pat has a contact that has butchering facilities in Warfield. Also discussed purchasing a chest freezer for the food bank.
• Juris and Maddy will be away September 3rd to October 8th.

• “Improve” meetings, easier to invite guests
• Be project oriented
• Other discussion included look at corporate members, inviting potential members to listen to speakers, goals are OK but we should focus on behaviours. And invite potential members and speakers to see the business meeting in action.
