• District Governor David is scheduled to visit on Friday, October 17th atTrail Tea and Coffee at 8am.
• October 4th is our food drive at Liberty Foods benefiting the Beaver Valley Food Bank.
• Schedule; Maddy and Juris to start and most of day. Joan 11 to 2. Graham 2 onwards. Theresa will come with a truck at 3.30 when we need help loading and unloading.
• Friday October 3rd in person meeting at Bridgeview at 8am.
• We need a President Elect to follow Gord as President for the year 2026/27.

• TED talk on body language from Amy Cuddy.
• We make first impressions in a few seconds. power dynamics make a difference. When you make yourself big others can become smaller. We can change our minds when we change our body language. When have more powerful body language we have high testosterone and low cortisol. 2 minutes in a high power pose shows changes. Our nonverbals change how we feel about ourselves. Our bodies change our minds. Fake it until you become it.
• 6th December Breakfast with Santa. May need help with setting up on the 5th. This is in an in-person meeting day too.
• October 10th meeting will be a TED talk.
