• Market Saturday -Maddy sent out the plan for where we are at the Trail market.We are Booth 27.
• Schedule – Erika 9.30 to 1. joan, 12 to 2. Graham will be there for set up and take down. Maddy and Juris most of the day.
• Trail Rotary is having a garage sale and making Kettle corn in Tadanac on Saturday.
• RYLA: We got a late candidate but she doesn’t turn 18 until September so ineligible. We agreed to sponsor a candidate from Coleville. Maddy will sort out payment to Rossland Rotary.
• Club social on Sunday June 7th at Marsh Creek 2pm. maddy will bring burgers and buns. Others will bring side dishes. Maddy paper plates, condiments. bring your own drinks. Invite guests. $1 per person. There is a kitchen. Joan to check on firewood etc. Invite guests. Let maddy know how many people you will bring by Wednesday 3rd. There are tables and chairs.
• July 22nd, Wednesday at noon, DG Steve Roberge will be at Colander with Trail Rotary.
• Changeover meeting on July 5th at Fiona Martin’s house.
• June 5th in-person meeting next week at Bridgeview at 8am
