• Business
• Social: board games at Joan’s on Saturday September 19th. Start at 5.30. Bring finger food. Invite guests.
• Joan and Maddy attended a Chamber of Commerce mixer at Earthy Organics.
• Food drive on September 26th at Liberty Foods. Maddy will check in with them. Maddy will create a Facebook invite.
• All Candidates Forum in Fruitvale is on September 29th at 5.30pm in the Fruitvale Memorial Hall. Juris will contact Bill Wenman to see what tasks we will be assigned.
• Erika will contact the Castlegar Rotary Club to find out more about the Thanksgiving Roses.
• Salvation Army meal; We can sponsor a lunch at their kitchen. It will cost about $400. We need more information. The supervisor will call Joan.
• Monthly meeting format: Week one: in-person social; week two: YouTube video; week three: speakers; week four: more detailed business meeting; week five: an item from the Rotary magazine. This is a guideline; we can also be flexible.

Tuesday September 29th: All Candidates Forum

Saturday, October 3rd: District training in Rossland.
