• Social: Five of us enjoyed soup and camaraderie.
• Food drive tomorrow, September 26th at Liberty Foods.
• All Candidates Forum in Fruitvale is on September 29th at 5.30pm in the Fruitvale Memorial Hall. Juris contacted Bill Wenman. He is no longer involved.
• Doors open at 6pm. We need to be there at 5 to set up. Call to order at 7pm. No Open Mic questions. Juris will pick up the key and talk to the village. He will contact Julia from the Chamber of Commerce.
• All Candidates Forum in Trail on October 1st. Do we want to co-host this one too?
• no information on Thanksgiving Roses yet.
• Salvation Army meal: We can sponsor a lunch at their kitchen. It will cost about $400. We need to provide 2-3 volunteers. Time to decide yet.
• Monthly meeting format: Week one: in-person social; week two: YouTube video; week three: speakers; week four: more detailed business meeting; week five: an item from the Rotary magazine. This is a guideline; we can also be flexible.
• Next Friday, October 2nd 8am at Bridgeview.
• Saturday, September 26th: food drive at Liberty Foods.
• Tuesday, September 29th: All Candidates Forum, Fruitvale Memorial Hall.
• Saturday, October 3rd: District training in Rossland.
